Sydney Cook

M.S. CFY-SLP

Sydney joined the Lifespan team in 2025 for her clinical fellowship year (CFY). She earned her bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Science from the University at Buffalo in 2023 and went on to receive her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Ithaca College in 2025. She has experience working with both pediatric and adult populations, with clinical interests in dysphagia, feeding, cognition, and speech and language disorders.

Sydney was inspired to pursue a career in speech-language pathology by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. She values the connections she builds with patients and their families, and finds fulfillment in supporting progress, celebrating milestones, and empowering functional communication.

Outside of work, Sydney enjoys spending time with her two nephews, watching football (Go Bills!), swimming, and skiing.
